IMPORTANT: Moody Tongue beers are not pasteurized. For optimal flavor and quality, they should ideally be kept refrigerated (between 35−50 F or 2−10 C). The brewery invests heavily in shelf stability, so the beers can tolerate room temperature (up to 65−70 F) for several weeks. However, consistent refrigeration is still recommended to best preserve their intended flavor and quality.
