Orders and Acceptance
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer at our discretion. A contract for the sale of goods is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Bahamian Dollars (BSD) and are exclusive of VAT. We accept credit card payments and bank transfers. Customers may also add credit to their account for future purchases.

Delivery
We offer delivery to addresses in New Providence. For out-island orders, we offer delivery to designated mailboat services. Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout. We will make every effort to deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Returns and Claims
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, provided the damage or defect is not due to misuse, neglect on your part, or damage incurred during mailboat transport.
