Some products, like our Moody Tongue beers, are unpasteurized and must be kept at refrigeration temperatures to ensure freshness. Others, like spirits and wines, are generally shelf-stable and can be stored in a cool, dark place. Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We offer two convenient payment options for our online customers:

  1. Pay Online: We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online checkout when you place your order.

  2. Pay on Delivery: You can select this option at checkout. Our drivers are equipped with mobile credit card machines and can accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express when they arrive with your order.

Delivery

Q: Do you offer pickup? A: To provide a more streamlined and convenient service, we are a delivery-only business. We no longer offer a warehouse pickup option for online orders.

Q: What are your delivery areas? A: We offer delivery throughout New Providence. We also deliver to the mailboat terminal of your choice for Family Island orders.

Q: How much does delivery cost? A: We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, a flat-rate delivery fee of $15 will be applied.

Q: How will I know when to expect my delivery? A: You will receive an email notification from us confirming that your order is processed and out for delivery. Our team will typically contact you on the day of delivery to coordinate a convenient time.

Q: I’m placing an order for a Family Island. What do I need to know? A: Our delivery service for Family Island orders covers transportation to the mailboat terminal in Nassau. Please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying for all subsequent freight charges directly with the mailboat company for shipment to your final destination.

Q: Do I need to show my ID upon delivery? A: For any delivery that includes alcoholic beverages, we are required to ensure the recipient is of legal drinking age (18 or older). Our drivers will request a valid, government-issued ID if there is any doubt or possibility that the person receiving the order is under 18. Please be prepared to show ID to ensure a smooth delivery.

Returns & Support

Q: What is your return policy? A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened products in their original packaging with the original receipt within 7 days of receipt.
