How should I store Moody Tongue beers?
Moody Tongue beers are not pasteurized. For optimal flavor and quality, they should ideally be kept refrigerated (between 35−50 F or 2−10 C). The brewery invests heavily in shelf stability, so the beers can tolerate room temperature (up to 65−70 F) for several weeks. However, consistent refrigeration is still recommended to best preserve their intended flavor and quality.

What payment methods do you accept?
We process all transactions through our secure website, accepting Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Alternatively, you can arrange a bank transfer to add credit to your Bootleggers Bay account; please ensure the transfer clearly includes your name and account email address.
What are your shipping and delivery options and costs?
We offer the following options:

- Warehouse Pickup: Always free. We'll email you when your order is ready.
- Delivery (Local or to Mailboat): We offer delivery both locally within New Providence and to the mailboat terminal you specify for Out-Island orders. All deliveries are charged a fee of $5 per case, with a minimum delivery fee of $40 per order. This fee is calculated automatically at checkout.
Important Note for Mailboat Deliveries: While we deliver to the mailboat terminal as part of our delivery service, you are solely responsible for arranging and paying any subsequent freight charges directly with the mailboat company for transport to your island.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Our pricing is designed to be fair, transparent, and value-driven from the start, so we do not offer additional bulk discounts.
How do I find your pick-up location?
You can find us easily by searching "Bootleggers Bay" on Google Maps. Use the map provided on our website or the address from Google Maps for navigation.
When are your pickup times?
Pickup hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please wait for the email notification confirming your order is ready before coming.
Do I need ID for pickup?
For first-time customers or if we don't recognize you, having some form of identification is recommended. We aim to be reasonable but may ask for ID to verify the order.
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied, you can return unopened products in their original packaging with the original receipt within 7 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. Please email info@bootleggersbay.com to start the return process.

3. Blue Chair Bay Rum & Rum Cream
Do Blue Chair Bay Rums or Rum Creams need refrigeration after opening?
No. Both the rums and the rum creams can be stored in a cool, dark place after opening. The rum creams are best kept between 32∘F and 77∘F (0∘C and 25∘C).
What is the alcohol content (ABV) and servings per bottle?
ABV varies: Rums typically range from 26.5% (53 Proof) to 40% (80 Proof). All Rum Creams are 15% ABV (30 Proof). A standard 750ml bottle contains approximately 16−17 servings of 1.5 fluid ounces each.
